1. PROMOTION DATES/TIMES: The Major League Baseball Players Association’s (“MLBPA”) “Big League Blast” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on May 15, 2009 12:00:01 AM (Eastern Time) ET and ends on August 15, 2009 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to legal U.S. residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, aged six years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, members, officers, directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sweepstakes Entities, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, participating hobby shops, legal and financial advisors and any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. For purpose of the foregoing "immediate family" means parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees and directors. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter this sweepstakes you must visit a participating store. For a full list of stores and their locations go to www.bbcards.com. When you purchase eligible Topps or Upper Deck Product during the Promotion Period you will receive a ticket or multiple tickets as shown in the Ticket Chart below. You can also request entry tickets without purchase. These tickets must be filled out with your name, age, address and daytime phone number and deposited in the Ticket Box at the store where you obtained the ticket(s) during the Promotion to be eligible for one of the three Event Prize Drawings (“Event Drawings”) as shown in the Event Chart below.

Entrants must complete the entire entry ticket and be present at the time of the Event Drawing to win. Tickets submitted for one Event Drawing will not be eligible for subsequent Event Drawings held at the store. Tickets can only be submitted for an Event Drawing at the store where they are obtained. Limit of 30 tickets per person with or without purchase per store per Event Drawing. Limit one prize per person per entry period per participating store. 250 stores will be participating. Event Drawings will be held on the date listed on the Event Chart below at 3:00 PM in the time zone where the store is located.

4. PRIZE DRAWINGS:
Random Event Drawings will take place at the 250 participating stores on the following dates and times: Event Drawing #1 – June 13, 2009 at 3:00 PM; Event Drawing #2 – July 18, 2009 at 3:00 PM; and Event Drawing #3 – August 15, 2009 at 3:00 PM in each case to award prizes from all eligible entries received for that entry period. The drawings will be conducted under the supervision of each participating store whose decisions are final in all matters relating to selecting winners for their store. You must be present at a store event to win. If your ticket is selected in the drawing you have up to 5 minutes to claim your prize or another ticket will be selected for that prize. Odds of winning a prize in each of the three Event Drawings are dependent upon the actual number of eligible entries received at each participating store and the number of eligible participants present at the Event Drawing (who submitted an eligible entry). All prizes will be awarded at the time of each Event Drawing.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
Grand Prizes: 750 Grand Prizes will be awarded each consisting of Officially Licensed Major League Baseball and MLBPA® Jerseys from Majestic® – one (1) per store for each of the three (3) Event Drawings. Winners will not be given their choice of team jersey or player name. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize (ARV) $89.99/each. First Prizes: 750 First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of Major League Baseball Authenticated Player-Autographed 8"x10" photograph – one (1) per store for each of the three (3) Event Drawings. Winners will not be given their choice of autograph. Team photograph distribution will be random. ARV $49.99/each. Second Prizes: 750 Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Topps "Big Stix" moveable sticker packs – one (1) per store for each of the three (3) Event Drawings. ARV $9.99/each. Third Prizes: 750 Third Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a McFarlane Sports Picks figure– one (1) per store for each of the three (3) Event Drawings. Winners will not be given their choice of figure. Team and/or player distribution will be random. ARV $14.99/each. Fourth Prizes: 750 Fourth Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Wincraft pennant – one (1) per store for each of the three (3) Event Drawings. Winners will not be given their choice of pennant. Team distribution will be random. ARV $20.00/each. Fifth Prizes: 250 Fifth Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Die-Cast Promotions 1/64-scale tractor-trailer – one (1) per store for the third and final Event Drawing only. Winners will not be given their choice of tractor-trailer. Team distribution will be random. ARV $25.00/each. Total value of all prizes $144,970.00.

Odds of winning a prize depends upon the number of tickets submitted per store per event drawing and the number of eligible participants (who submitted an eligible entry) present at the Event Drawing. All prizes won by a minor will be awarded in the name of the parent/legal guardian. Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of comparable or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. All taxes, fees, and any incidentals and other expenses not specified herein including, without limitation, income taxes associated with the prize and its receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner or the parent or legal guardian of minor prize winner(s).

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winners. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. Winners release Sponsor, Administrator, and UPROAR! Youth Marketing, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., MLB Media Holdings, Inc., MLB Media Holdings, L.P., MLB Online Services, Inc., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, members, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (hereinafter, “MLB Entities”) their respective employees, directors, officers and agents, and subsidiary and affiliated companies including participating hobby stores from any and all claims or liability in connection with participation in this Promotion, or acceptance or use of any prize. No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption, or substitution of the Prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an age appropriate prize of comparable or greater value should the Prize become unavailable. Prize is solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions, and winner(s) agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. U.S. law governs this sweepstakes. The Sponsor may, but is not required to enter into correspondence, including email, with any entrant regarding entry status.

7. WINNER’S LIST: For the names of the winners, available after September 15, 2009 send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: MLBPA “Big League Blast” Winners, c/o Marden-Kane, Dept. JH, 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030. Requests received after November 16, 2009 will not be honored.
